DELIVERY/SHIPMENT POLICY
Products are typically ship within 3-5 business days. We will notify you if a product will take longer to ship.
Approximate Shipping Schedules: Standard 4-7 business days for domestic U.S. shipments, and 2-3 weeks for all other destinations.
We cannot send items from the same order to different locations.
We use UPS, USPS, Fed Ex or DHL. We will select the best method of shipping based on your location and the size of your package.
If a customer refuses a shipment for any reason, he/she will be responsible for the cost of shipment, and pay for it.

REFUNDS
If a refund is requested it will be reviewed by an Network Press Inc. customer support representative as well as our fraud department. Network Press Inc. has the sole rights to issue refunds. Newsletter and software products are not returnable.
By accepting these terms, you agree not to dispute authorized charges that were incurred by you while subscribing to a site that implements Network Press Inc. billing services. All claims of unauthorized uses will be investigated by our fraud department.
